Quality Assurance / Standards & Codes

We utilise trade qualified and welding certified fabricators on our pressure vessels, pressure pipes, tanks and vessels and our internal quality assurance system is focused on producing Inspection Test Plans (ITP's) and Manufacturer Data Reports (MDR's) to comply with Australian Standards and Codes.

Tank fabrication and modification work is completed in accordance with AS1692-2006: Steel Tanks for Flammable and Combustible Liquids or API650: Welded Steel Tanks for Oil Storage.  Vessel work is completed in accordance with AS1210-2010: Pressure Vessels.

We have excellent manufacturing facilities which are well suited to vessel fabrication and assembly, enabling us to design and fabricate almost any type or size of tank or vessel.

Pressure vessels that we regularly fabricate include carbon steel and stainless steel type construction and we can produce vessels to suit a wide variety of operating conditions and process requirements to suit your specifications.

We are capable of designing, fabricating and installing your tank or vessel complete with structural support work, ladders - stairs or platforms, pipework, motors, gear boxes and pumps as well as any other ancillary equipment that is required for 'turn key' project completion and commissioning.
